XQZGX-12A adopts a rotary table design, which is specially designed
for filling and plugging various small bottles. The self-developed
control system is adopted to make the machine work smoothly and
efficiently. The capping part adopts the pneumatic capping method,
which is simple and efficient. The filling part uses XQX2 Series
high-precision ceramic piston metering pumps to ensure filling
accuracy, fast filling speed, and wide range. The bottle-out part
can be used for bottle-out by a robot hand, which can be adapted to
products of various sizes. The whole machine has a compact design
and is made of sanitary stainless steel, which is clean and
hygienic.
