The celow is KIT CP1/4 pilot (plunger tube and core) for repair and replace Mecair VNP 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 series pulse valves. The related diaphragms repair kits are all supplied.

This is KIT CP1/4 pilot group is mounted on Mecair VNP 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 doiaphragm pulse valves. Its 2/2 way normally closed function design conforms to the working principle of the pulse valve. And one set of CP1/4 consists of 1 stainless steel 304 core tube, 1 stainless steel 430FR plunger that adopts rustproof and corrosion-resistant material with high magnetic conductivity and low remanence, and 1 stainless steel 304 spring. The core tube and plunger can be sold separately.

The 200 series is a range of diaphragm valve suitable for Dust collector applications,in particular for reverse pulse jet fifer cleaning offilter bags, carridges, envelope filters, ceramic fiters and sintered metal fibre fiters.
The 200 sSeries valve has the inlet port at 90 to theoutlet port.The 200 Series range comprises 7 models, from 3/4" to 3 all with threaded female gas connections. The 1 1/2" model isavailable in the single and double diaphragm versions,while the 2',2 1/2" and 3" are all double diaphragm valves. The special designassures an extremely fast opening time, high flow rates and easy installation. The valves are constructed in die-cast aluminium and havean anodised protection treatment which protect them from corrosive and environmental agents.Bolts and screws are in stainless stel.
The 200 series is available in the following versions:
-VPN, with integrated solenoid pilot
-VEM,with remote pneumatic connection.
