4. Host Features

test space is located under the host, means between beam and
worktable.
4.2 The structure is designed with solid four column and two screw,
the whole machine has strong stability.
4.3 The host is designed all-inclusively to ensure its super strong
stiffness so that it can resist micro-deformation when it is
loading.
4.4 Middle beam adopts adjustable gap screw-nut mechanism,
eliminating the gap and improving the measurement performance.
4.5 Fuel tank adopts gap sealed, improving the measurement accuracy
and also extending service lifetime.
5. Measuring System
Full digital control system, and represents the highest level of
control system development, realize the test force, specimen
deformation, displacement of piston and test process of the closed
loop control, with the constant stress, constant strain, constant
speed test force, constant displacement, test the force and
displacement to keep control function and the test force, such as
peak, specimen deformation, displacement of piston and test curve
screen display function, all mouse input operation and control mode
of intelligent expert system, realize the control mode of arbitrary
smooth switching between set and all kinds of control mode, the
system has the maximum flexibility.
6. Overload protection
6.1 When the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force of
each file, overload protection, it will stop.
6.2 When the piston rises to the upper limit position, travel
protection, pump motor will stop.
