2. SJZ series conical twin screw stem extruder is composed of
barrel screw, gear transmission system, measurable feeding, vacuum
degassing, heating, cooling and electronic control components etc.
2.It is mainly used in plasticizing, extruding and forming of PVC
pipes, plates, sheets, film, profiles, and granules etc.
Description:
1. Standard conic twin screw extruder machine adopt electrical heating
with air force cooling, which can easy control. The temperature
within±1°c. Main motor, gearbox, screws are in the same centre
line. The screw and barrel contains oil cooling unit, which can
make the temperature control procise.
2. SJZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of high effiency
equipment for plastic extrusion. It is mainly composed by force feeder,soft plasticization screw and
barrel,high precision gearbox,exhaust system. It has features of even mixing,better plasticization,stable
working,high capacity,and it is suitable for produce PVC products
from mixed poeder.With different mold and other auxiliary equipments,it can produce
plastic pipe,board,sheet,granules and so on.
3. The screw&barrel is from Zhoushan, gearbox is made by Jiangyin
gearbox company, motor is Siemens Berde, inverter adopt ABB. All of
our PVC pipe extruder machine will be checked and tested at the
workshop to avoid any necessary trouble.
