Description:

1.This PVC pipe production line is mainly used to produce U-PVC/C-PVC pipes of water supply and water drainage. This line consists of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul off machine, pipe cutting machine and stacker.

2. This unit adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

3. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, amd core layer foam pipeject. it can also produce PP,PE,ABS,PPR,PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe computer digital control, it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc. It has reached world advanced level.

4. PVC Pipe Production Line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of conical double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.
