Description:
1. This conical twin screw extruder is qualified for upvc,pvc,wpc
powder extrusion directly to produce various kinds of plastic
profile. full set of mould can safisfy different kinds of flooring
,profile ,decking ,panel and other wpc products. wpc product is
very widely used nowadays! automatic length accounting device for
precise cutting. cutting machine ,adopt advanced Germany
technology. stainless steel and pneumatic controlled.
2. This machine can use one step extrusion method and also it can
use the two-step extrusion method alter pelletizing. The two-step
extrusion method can save the poer and space ,and the two-step
extrusion method features the machine can gain the high outpue and
stable extrusion pressure.
3. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which
extraxts the humidity from the wood powder , so that the feeding
section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the
plastification effect will be better. Special and well designed
screw enables the raw material to be evently stay in the extruder.
The screws and barrel are bi-metallic treated , more wearable and
anti-corrosion.
