1)Q: Do you accept retail order? What is the minimium quantity you require?

A: Yes, we do accept retail order. Our MOQ is 50 pcs

2) Are you sure that the package will be good enough? If it damages during the transportation who should be responsibel for that?

A:Yes, our package is very strong and good, we use the strong wooden pallet,bubble foam and paper carton to package the goods,

3). Where is the factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province

4) What is the shiping port ?

A: Our shiping port is Guangzhou Port, Shenzhen Port ,

5). How about the sample ?

A: We offer the free samples which we have moulds to our clients, the client pay the delievery cost.

6), When is it the delievery time.

A: Normally, one 20ft container take one month to finish it.

7), What is the payment terms?

A: 30% TT of total amount in advance, the rest payment paid before the goods left the factory,
