Equipped with single winding head, double stations with turntable, winding stator coils into transfer cups directly and orderly, which is under six servo motors' control. Coils made by automatic machine is easier for being inserted to slots, even the stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width. Meanwhile it can save labor effecitvely.

Machine "Automatic Vertical Coil Winding Machine for Table Fan Motor Stator Winding" is used for winding electric wires to several coils automatically and putting coils into transfer cup orderly.
It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like hooking & cutting wire, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate.
Operators need to stand when operating.
