Uses:

The precision laboratory benchtop Hot Melt Coater is capable of producing coated samples or small production of hot melt adhesives, and then laminating to a variety of foils, films, and papers. Lab scale simulations of production processes can be easily set up and studied.

Characteristic:

1. Self contained brake unwinds for adhesive carrier and facestock

3. Pivot control on adhesive carrier and facestock to control web alignment

4. Laminating speed and pressure are controllable

14. Using a large diameter high precise micrometer to adjust the coating gap to control coating thickness, and show the coating thickness through grating scale. The resolution is 0.05mm, that is the minimum coating thickness is 0.05mm.

15. The maximum coating width is 280mm. Width of coating can be controlled by teflon insert side dams. The precision hot melt coator is capable of producing coated samples, and small production. it can coat for a unlimited length tape, and automatic winding.

16. Reversible speed controller can be adjusted , the best coating speed: 4.5m / min

17. The coated liner bar can be adjusted to control the roll tension

18. The heating bar, the rubber roller and reservoir can be quickly disassembled separated from the host, it is perfect to clean adhesive residue.
