Description:
1.The wood-plastic construction template is a new type of template
to replace steel templates and bamboo plastic sheet. With light
weight, impact strength, convenient assembling, high turnover,
smooth surface, no moisture, no mildew, acid, does not crack,
WIDTH, less joints, sawing, nailing, can be processed into any
length, and many other advantages. Can be repeatedly recycled more
than 20 times, the price is far lower than the current construction
industry to use bamboo template, and has excellent flame retardant
properties, from the self-extinguishing of fire, smoke-free,
without any gas. The new generation of safe green energy-saving
products.
2.Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and
three extruderrs co-extrusion type. Our extruders adopt specially
designed screw. we did a lots of study from process to formula. The
performance of our machinery and ewuipment reached the
international advnced level.
3.The plates produced by our production line have no cracking and
non-deformation in high temperature . Usually the template can be
used for more than 30 times, and maximum can be used for 50 times.
4.The wpc plate has the same characteristics as wood boards: which
can enailed , can be sawed , can be drilled , can be planed , can
be sculptured. With the exclusive formula developed by our company
, there is no need to granulate the material , which is cost
savings and labor saving.
