Description:

1. Special for waste plastic recycling, and convert to PP PE PET PS ABS PA PVC etc granules. Special for plastic compound filling masterbatch .such as pp / pe+caco3. Two stage machine has better performance in recycling pvc and filling masterbatch !

2. The machine is used to make salvage Polypropylene, polystyrene materials into pellets. The machine can press and pull the material into to strip with the high temperature ,the plastic strip can be cut into pellet by the cuttingmachine. It is equipped with quick motor-operated filterscreen replacing unit and automatic temperature control. The granulating crusher uses adjustable speed motor,pelleting with an extruding machine at the same discharging.

3. The extrusion machine using material of PP, PE as raw materials which should been heated, extruded, cooled, cut & drawn to the flat fibers. The flat fibers would be rolled on the bobbins for weaving the sacks by the circular loom. The flat fibers can be drawn by the materials is including of the reclaimed materials, powder or pellet materials and the mixed materials of them. In this case, the suitable range of the materials has been extended more. Then machine unit can save the power consumptions. It's quite convenience for operating & maintenance of the machine unit.
