1. PET bottle granule making machine uses SJ series screw extruder, is suitable for producing PET granules from clean PET flakes. It is composed by SJ screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, silo, and could also be applied to other material like PP PE PA ABS etc.

2. The SJ series extruders are specially designed for PET bottles, flakes, Plastic sheets and other crushed materials, with good performance, high output, less power consumption cost per kilogram, and easy operation.

Description:

1.Special for waste plastic recycling, and convert to PP PE PET PS ABS PA PVC etc granules. Special for plastic compound filling masterbatch .such as pp / pe+caco3. Two stage machine has better performance in recycling pvc and filling masterbatch.

2. Melting the plastic particles from the agglomerator and removing the air and moisture out of the material.
The newly style powerful gearbox is designed parallel tri-axial structure, the main machine gearbox deceleration and the torque synthesizes a body, with decelerating, torque assignment. The structure is compact. The torque transmission is steady.

3. The gear and shaft material is 20CrNi2MoA. The two main output shafts is adopted imported bearing. Reduction ratio: 3.75:1. The input shaft speed: Max: 1500 RPM. The output shaft speed: Max: 400 RPM. It is adopted oil permeating lubricant for gear body and bearing, also is advantageous in the temperature decreasing and cooling. The oil pump power: 0.37 KW.
