Description:
YD-EF Automatic Kitchen Towels Rewinder adopts newly designed glue
applicator unit. It makes the gluing more smooth. It has been
integrated with the internationally advanced PLC technology,
variable speed adjustment, electronic braking, and touch button
more menu type LCD screen operation control panel. And we have
independently developed long-distance communication service system.
It can detect the machine running condition at any time, improve
the production efficiency and cut down the wastage of paper. It is
an ideal and important converting machinery for making the kitchen
towels.
Main features :
1. Automatic core loading and positioning. The logs are
automatically pushed out after finishing winding, and then start
winding again. It can adjust cores of any sizes within one minute.
2. After finishing winding, the roller is pushed out automatically.
It adopts mechanism arm pusher to push the roller out. The minimum
diameter of the finished roll is 60mm.
3. Automatic trimming, gluing and sealing: it adopts international
popular trimming and sealing, which can have 10-18 mm tails to
facilitate to start pulling out the paper. At the same time, it can
greatly cut down the wastage of the paper, thus to cut down the
production cost.
4. Advanced programmable control technology:The winding profiles
can be tightened at the beginning of winding, and then loosened, to
avoid the problems that the cores are loose from the rolls after
long time storage.
5. Automatic detection of paper break and paper wrap up: to
guarantee the high quality of the finished rolls even when the
machine is running at high speed.
6. With high precision screwy perforation knife. With 4 perforation
blades to make clear perforating.
7. Three back stands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and
pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web
tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
8. Glue applicator:This unit glues the paper on the embossed point
to make two layer paper bond together. It's improved the towel
absorbing water function.
9. The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons,
making it safer and easier to thread the web.
