The machine uses a special tool to imitate the pipeline in the
course of some sharp objects on
the pipeline damage.
The machine principle:
A). Using the eccentric wheel mechanism to make reciprocating
motion of the knife rest, the
stroke is 50-250mm adjustable.
B).The blade holder and the linear bearing are combined with the
mobile station, and can be
freely moved up and down. The resistance is almost zero. In the
case of a knife, the knife holder
is easy to change. The knife and the tool holder are composed of a
blade, a knife holder and a
mobile station. Put the right amount of weight on the shelf to
achieve the pressure of the blade on
the sample.
C). Specimen is fixed with a special fixed sleeve and fastening
ring, the fixed sleeve can be
connected with the water pump joints and valves, can control the
sample pressure and drainage.
The retaining sleeve can be easily removed for easy clamping of the
specimen.
D). The machine uses pressure sensors and monitoring instruments to
monitor the pressure
inside the sample, so that the sample wear, the pressure dropped to
the set value, the instrument
automatically shut down.
E). The pressurized system uses high-pressure water pump, can
provide 0-6Mpa, and 0-10L / m
high-pressure water.
