● Overview
Motor load cabinet is auxiliary equipment designed according to
regulations related to structure,
electrical service life and others of electrical accessories
stipulated in standards, such as
GB15092.1 and UL1054.
● Performance and technical features
This equipment is mainly composed of control cabinet, steady-state
load cabinet and surge load
cabinet.
Load cabinet can provide surge time 50ms-100ms, adjustable surge
current 5-200A, adjustable
steady-state current 1-100A and adjustable power factor 0.3-0.99,
for meeting different testing
requirements.
● Technical parameters
I) Surge cabinet and steady-state cabinet:
1. Input voltage: AC 220V-380V, 50/60Hz;
2. Surge current: 1-200A adjustable; (3-60A, 5-120A, 5-180A, 5-200A
adjustable);
3. Steady-state current: 1-100A adjustable; (1-10A, 1-30A, 1-50A,
1-80A optional);
4. Power factor: 0.3-0.99 adjustable;
5. Display of output current, voltage and power factor;
II) Motor load control cabinet:
It is mainly used for control output conversion of “surge current”
and “steady-state current”, and
switch between surge cabinet and steady-state cabinet when
conducting parameter adjustment,
and display electrical parameters. This control cabinet adopts PLC,
touch screen, solid relay, AC
contractor and others for control and parameter setting.

2. Control power supply: AC220V 10A 50HZ;
3. Surge time: 50ms-100ms;
4. Count display of electrical circuit;
5. Equipped with emergency stop protection function;
