RSCM Series Crawler Multifunctional Drilling Rig is designed and developed for lowest drilling cost, which is a hydraulic submersible drilling rig that can achieve operational cost minimization but highest performance. The rig is widely used in open-pit mines for the middle and large size hole drilling. The rig is equipped with heating and air conditioning in the cab, dry dust removal system and hydraulic automatic unloading drill function. With advanced performance, high efficiency, low consumption, high reliability, operation and easy maintenance. The rig is the leading open hole drilling equipment.


The RSCM full hydraulic crawler multifunctional drilling rigs are configured with rotation-percussion rotary head or large torque rotation type rotary head as alternative,and equipped with down-the-hole hammer, which is designed for various hole forming operation. It is suitable for different soil condition, for example gravel layer, hard rock, aquifer, clay, sand flow etc. This rig is mainly used for rotation percussion drilling and normal rotation drilling in the project of bolt supporting, slope supporting, grouting stabilization, precipitation hole and underground micro piles, etc.

6. Auto dis-assembly mechanism for impacter and drilling stem. Clamped two hydraulic cylinders to assure efficient guide drilling during opening the hole and penetration, and automatic, reliable dis-assembly, thus it lightens the intensity of the labors and increase the working efficiency.

7. The use of high reliable crawler, imported travel motor and walking two speed control set maximize the efficiency and adaptability of the rig face.

8.All rig's manipulation, position adjustment, drilling position selecting are all centrally controlled by the pilot operating joystick, all the lights, warning lights are mounted on the same panel. Rig operator can recognize condition at a glance.
