RS-150E Coring Rigs
RS-150E surface coring rig is an updated core rig of RS-150 series.
This drill rig is a new type of the shallow hole drill which is
mainly manufactured for engineering geological exploration and it
can also be utilized to geological core drilling and small-scale
water well drilling. Besides the features of RS-150, it is equipped
with water pump with more compact structure and convenient usage.
Applications:
1. It is composed of gyrator, gearbox, winch and hydraulic system
and so on.
2. The structure, usage and maintenance of this surface coring rig
is the same as RS-150 drill rig, except that in the gyrator, the
code of the bevel pinion is RS-150A-01-02 and the code of big bevel
gear is RS-150A-01-03.
3. In the gearbox, the code of pinion on the 3rd shaft is
RS-150G-02-04 and that on the 4th shaft is RS-150G-02-05;
4. In the winch, the code of transmission gear is RS-150G-03-01.

(1) This surface drill core is a device with hydraulic pressure
automatic feeding system and mechanical transmission system,
ensuring high drilling efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
(2) Large diameter hole of spindle and excellent adaptability in
drilling technology.
(3) Large drilling torque, high strength and strong capacity of
this surface coring machine.
(4) A wide range of speed and a broad variety of applications are
available.
(5) Equipped with ball holder, this core drilling machine realizes
rod lifting without stopping the machine, ensuring its safety and
reliability.
(6) Drill and water pump are installed on different frames. They
can be driven by the same power or separate power for convenient
disassembly or shipment.
