RS-2 Core drilling rig is a portable hydraulic rig which on high
speed, to meet the needs of different customers with widely
practical use, we advance RS-2 model drill, which is adding with
travel lower chuck and adding with water pump: water pump and
diesel engine installed in the same bases.
Application range:
1. Geological exploration, engineering geology investigation and
kinds of survey holes on concert structures.
2. Diamond bits, hard metal bits and steel-shot bits could be
selected to different layers
3. The rated drilling depth is 100m, we are using dia.75mm bit.
Depth is 180m, we are using dia.46mm bit and the drilling depth
cannot exceed 110% of its capacity, the allowable max. Diameter if
initial hole is 150mm.
Features:
1. Being equipped with ball type holding device and hexagonal
Kelly, It can accomplish no-stopping working while lifting the
rods, thus drilling efficiency increase. Operate conveniently,
secure and reliable.
2. Through the pressure indicator of bottom hole, the well
condition can be observed easily.
3. Close levels, convenient operation.
4. The hoist spindle is supported by the ball bearing, it could
eliminate the event of the supporting bearing burned-out.Under the
spindle head. There is a well top plate for unscrewing the rods
conveniently.
5. Compact size and small weight easy to dismantle and transport,
adapt to work in plain and mountain areas.
