Description:

1. Double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line designed by our company can produce PP/PE/EVA/PVC etc singlewall corrugated pipes, which takes the advantages of high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength. This hose can be widely used in wire and cable products threading pipes, washing machine drains, vacuum cleaner, ventilation pipes, tubes, etc.

2. This extrusion line consists of extruders, die head, corrugation forming machine with modules, coiler etc. and can produce different sizes of corrugated pipes.

3. Corrugator adopts closed water cooling structure ,closed forming blocks chain ,and special design of rail, which will make all blocks matching correctly ,running stablely . You even couldn’t see the connecting line on the surface of pipe . Cooling water is cycling inside the corrugator ,it will make the cooling speed fast, so the production speed of pipe will be raised highly .
