COLOURS
Part A (base) of SBT-882 is available in white, part B (curing
agent) in black, black color after mixing.
PACKAGING
SBT-882 is available in kit: part A in 200L drums (net 180L), part
B in 20L pails (net 18L).

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
SBT-882 should be stored at or below 27℃ in original unopened containers. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
LIMITATIONS
SBT-882 should not be applied:
l For structural glazing
l To the materials that bleed oils , plasticizers or solvents, such
as impregnated wood, oil-based caulks
l To frost laden or damp surfaces
l For continuous water immersion
When surface temperature below 4℃ or over 50℃
HOW TO USE
Surface Preparation
Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such
as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealants, surface dirt, or
glazing compounds and protective coatings.
Mixing and Dispensing
To obtain the optimal performance of SBT-882, it is recommended that base and curing agent thoroughly mixed
using a two-part silicone dispensing machine.
SBT-882 should be mixed at a ratio of 9:1～11:1 base to curing agent by volume, or 11:1～13:1base to curing agent by weight for optimal performance.
Lot matching of SBT- 882 base to curing agent is not required. Before use, it is recommended that curing agent be stirred to
ensure the homogeneity of all components.
SBT-882 part B curing agent will react with atmospheric moisture, therefore
should not be exposed to air for prolonged periods of time.

Use:The second sealant of insulating glass(external seal),mainly
used for processing insulating glass and other uses.
Feature:
(1) Use manual mixing adhesive in construction with neutral
solidification,non-corrosiveness to such constructional materials
as metal,coated glass,concrete,marble,granite and other materials.
(2) When solidifying,the low molecular weight substances
release,without irritating odor.
(3) Outstanding resistance to climate aging performance,resistance
to ultraviolet,rays, resistance to ozone and resistance to water.
(4) Outstanding resistance to Low and high temperature performance
has little change within the temperature range of -50-150℃.
(5) It has good compatibility like other neutral siliconer gel,but
need to receive compatibility test before the use.
Color:A is white,B is black and A/B is dark gray after
mixture.Mixing ratio:A:B=10:1(weight ratio).
