1. This line is mainly used to produce HDPE pipe for water/gas supply, and sewage and drain pipe, also undergroud pipes. Pipe diameter range: 20-800mm. Capacity: 150-1000kg/h.

3. Single screw extruder
adopts long L/D, high efficiency screw, high extrusion capacity, uniformed plasticization. Extruder and haul off machine motors adopt imported AC/DC inverter as speed regulators.

Description:

1. The screw of the extruder is equipped with barrier unit and mixing structure,and the barrel owns new style grooves.All of these offer good plastification and mixing effect.Special design of basket die head for HDPE(PP,ABS)large diameter pipe with thick wall offer lower melting temperature,good mixing,lower pressure of caavity,and stable production.

2. Change the production line is the AORUI company developed a new type of pipe production line for PE, pp jing and other polyolefin pi extrusion speed,all models with advanced PLC/PCC modular intelligent control system,in order to realize the whole production line automation and real-time data recording and closed-loop control,the production line has some high yid,wide adaptation of raw materials,sustained and stable production of high quality products such as columns a bit.
