White PU Coated Fiberglass Cloth For Welding Spark Protection
Polyurethane(PU) coated fiberglass cloth woven by high quality
E-glass filament yarn with a specially formulated polyurethane
aluminum polymer on one side or two sides. It has very good
abrasion resistance and good resistance to oils and solvents. It
also has excellent fire resistance and good mechanical properties
for make-up.
Base cloth of JT8600PUW-D50-100 is 666 fiberglass fabric. Mass per
unit of this fabric is 600g/m2. PU coating is 50gsm each side.
Common width of this fabric is 100cm, 127cm or 155cm.
PU coated fiberglass fabric is suitable for welding protection
blanket/curtain. It can resist instantaneous temperature up to 1100
degree Celsius.

666 fiberglass fabric is a satin weave fiberglass fabric. Mass per
unit is 600gsm.
Dimensions
Fiber denier - Denier is a unit of measure for the linear mass
density of fibers. It is defined as the mass in grams (g) per 9000
meters (m). Filament denier is defined as the mass per 9000 m of a
single filament of fiber. Total denier is also defined as the mass
per 9000 m, but applies to filament agglomerations such as yarn.
