MACHINE FEATURES
1. SRB120Z is fully automatic accumulating blow molding machine for
200~500L HDPE plastic traffic barriers, wall barriers, road blocks
and road fence specially. The output for 16KG traffic barrier is 16
Pcs/hour, the daily capacity is 385 Pcs.
2. HDPE recycled material special screw with high hardness
bimetallic alloy of L/D ratio 28:1, extrusion system is driven by 6
grade motor for plastcizing capacity 450KG, 40L vertical type FIFO
accumulating head. Clamping unit can be pushed outward with oil cylinder, easy for
changing moulds.
3. High speed total machine control system with 100 point parison
thickness controller, aluminum cantilever operation box. PHASE
servo motor & SUMITOMO gear pump for energy saving and control oil
temp. Height adjustable bottom blowing unit & parison sealing unit,
motor-dring water chilled robot arm.
