Production process
Base paper - Flexo printing - Cut into pieces - Forming - Quality
control
From the base paper to the finished product, we have the strict
quality control!
a. In food packaging industry, ALA insists the principle "Quality
First" !
b. The Quality Assurance department is controlling the whole
procedure, from raw material, production, to storage, and even
loading!
c. For leaking test, QC is doing sampling test of 10-30 percent
ratio, and every 20-30 minutes continuously!
d. Moreover, every cup should pass 3 procedures, - appearance
check(rim, print), leaking test, fitting inspection(if necessary)!
ALA could accept OEM service, and supply the SGS certificate of raw
material!
Our package Standard package: inner with opp package, outer with
carton package, OEM are acceptable!
During dealing with Wholesalers/Foreign Agents, we expand business
