1. This production line adopts special designed SJSZ80 conical twin
screw extruder, uses DC speed regulator, imported world famous
brand temperature controller, has the advantages of large speed
regulating scope, accurate temperature control, easy and reliable
operation.
2. The auxiliary units consist of vacuum foamed stand, haul-off,
cutting machine and stacker, etc. It is equipped with large forced
cooling device to ensure good foamed result. The caterpillar type
haul-off adopts précised reduction and frequency inverter, features
reasonable structure; large hauling force and stable haul off.
Description:
1. 80/156 Extruder:
The power is 75KW,(speed can be adjusted by inverter),output is
about 400kg/hour,(specification 1220*2400mm or
915mm*1830mm,Thickness is about 3-30mm).The motor is
SIEMENS,Inverter is ABB or SIEMENS,Tmperature controller is
OMRON,and Contactor is SCHNEIDER or SIEMENS,others are China famous
brand Chint.
2. Production flow of pvc foam board machine
Material batching mixing_extruding_molding_vacuum calibrating and
cooling_hauling_cutting- final WPC foam boards.
3. Specification of finished board: 1220*2440*(4-25) mm or
915*1830*(4-25) mm
Density of finished board: 0.35-0.85
Application of Finished Board: Furniture board, construction
formwork, decoration board, advertisement board, wall panels, roof,
car and boat board etc.
