1. What is the order process?
Answer : Send Inquiry of your demanded products with the specs to
Gaintronics → Receive our Quotation and confirm → Sample Order
Confirm → Proforma Invoice signing back → Payment Bank receipt
confirm → Sample Delivery → Sample confirmed → Bulk Order →
Proforma Invoice signing back → 30% Deposit Payment in Advance →
Production Ready → 70% Balance bank receipt confirm → Delivery of
shipment → After Sale of Service
2. What is the warranty?
Answer : We support standard 2 years of warranty. High end series
of products is 5 years of warranty. In case the product is failed
due to the quality problem, please send back together with the
invoice for the replacement. We'll get back asap at freight
prepaid. Or issue the credit note for the future orders. If the
product is damaged by human improper operation. The replacement
handling will be charged.
3. What is the payment term?
Answer : Due to the trust of work, for the first time order, it
will be by T/T, 30% deposit when order and balance before shipment.
For the repeat orders, it will be by T/T before shipment.
4. Can you offer free samples?
Answer : Sorry, our samples will be charged but the handling will
be refunded in the bulk oder after.
5. Can I add my logo on the product label?
Answer : Yes, we can do the customised logo or company name on the
product sticker.
