Features
1.Controlled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately
with no error.
2. Upper blade can be adjustable between 0 and 2mm to meet
different thickness of Aluminum PCB. Upper two blades design, to
lifelong blade’s lifetime and easy for cutting off. One blade
cutting for 50%, and another blade for left 50% cutting. Easy for
one time cutting off.
3. Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower .
4.As per your Aluminum pcb length, we have different models for
you. So any length Aluminum pcb is available.
5.Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm, V-groove thickness:0-2mm
6. Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the
cutting length.
7. The blades are sharp and endurable. And they can be sharpened
between 6 and 10 times.
8. Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder
joints.
