Digital Photoelectric Tachometer Note
1, test, speed table pointer deflection has nothing to do with
being measured axis direction of rotation, speed table test center
for shaft and shaft being measured should be in the same level,
header to resist rotation.
2, measuring, hand to smooth, hard right, both to avoid too loose
on the top of the slide switch, caused by error occurs, also want
to avoid too tight on the top of the, tachometer, damage to
tachometer shaft and the shaft being measured does not produce the
relative sliding between the shall prevail.
Position 3, tachometer, measuring speed, with maximum range coarse
first, and then choose the appropriate range. Does not allow high
speed is measured with a low gear, in order to avoid loss of
header.
4, mechanical centrifugal tachometer reading dial scale is uneven,
there are usually two columns of scale. If use Ⅰ, Ⅲ, gear
measurement, then respectively with outer scale value multiplied by
the "10", "100", "1000"; If measured with Ⅱ, block, respectively
with inner ring scale value multiplied by the "10", "100".
5, tachometer should add lubricating oil before use (clock),
available from the shell and range switch of oil injection hole
injection.
6, instrument after use, should be wiped clean and placed in the
sunshine can't direct illuminate place, away from heat source, note
moistureproof and anticorrosive.
The use of digital tachometer:
More and more places are adopting non-contact type handheld digital
tachometer to measure speed, when used as long as a rotating object
