1:This machine use co extrusion technology to produce max 3 layers sheets like APET/PETG,PETG/APET/PETG,APET/RPET/APET structure.

2:Unique innovated technology avoids pre-drying and crystallization process which helps saving about 30% energy than regular single screw PET extruder and can process 100% recycled material.

3:Famous brand standard A/C motor with AB speed inverter offers wide range smooth driving power.

4:Specially designed high efficiency twin screw with unique toy bricks structure nitrified with hardness ≥860,perfectly suits for PET,PLA material and enables highest max output with least power consumption.It is compatible with PP,PS sheets production as well if need.

5:Casting Al heater with water cooling controlled automatically by PID controlling system offers high precision heating to barrels.

9:Cloth hanger type structure T-Die with screw pull for thickness adjustment and width adjustable.

10:Horizontal type calendering unit consists of 3 mirror rollers with surface roughness ≤0.025μm and centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted Japanese famous brand bearing,which all guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently driven by high quality A/C motor with AB speed inverter.

11:PID automatically temperature controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of rollers ±1°C which helps much for good quality sheets' production.

12:Long natural cooling system with sheet trimmed to requested width allows sheets enough time to cool down before taking off and winding.

13:Taking off unit with scrap winding is driven by torque motor.

14:Silicon oil coating and drying before winding for good thermoforming request.

15:Multi-position winding unit allows max Diameter 800mm roll winding(Automatical winding unit for option)
