1:Famous brand pre-drying and crystallization system ensures material is dried and crystallized to requested grade before feeding.

3:Specially designed high efficiency screw nitrified with hardness ≥860,perfectly suits for P-E-Tmaterial and enables highest max output with least power consumption.It is compatible with PP,PS sheets production as well if need.

4:Casting Al heater with water cooling controlled automatically by PID controlling system offers high precision heating to barrels.

5:Hydraulic driven double position screen change enables easy mesh changing during production without stopping.

6:Gear pump with 2 sets of pressures sensors loop controlled by PLC guarantees very stable melted flow pressure for high quality sheets production request.

7:Cloth hanger type structure T-Die with screw pull for thickness adjustment and width adjustable.

8:Horizontal type calendering unit consists of 3 mirror rollers with surface roughness ≤0.025μm and centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted Japanese famous brand bearing,which all guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently driven by high quality A/C motor with AB speed inverter.

9:PID automatically temperature controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of rollers ±1°C which helps much for good quality sheets' production.

10:Long natural cooling system with sheet trimmed to requested width allows sheets enough time to cool down before taking off and winding.

11:Taking off unit with scrap winding is driven by torque motor.

12:Silicon oil coating and drying before winding for good thermoforming request.

13:Multi-position winding unit allows max Diameter 800mm roll winding(Automatical winding unit for option)

14:Whole machine is controlled by PLC.Parameters are easy to be setted on touch screen.
