Feature:
1. According to the weaving, polyester forming fabric can be
divided into 4-shed single layer fabrics, 5-shed single layer
fabrics, 8-shed single layer fabrics, 7-shed double layer fabrics,
8-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double and a half layer
fabrics, 16-shed double and a half layer fabrics.
1).4-shed single layer fabrics is used in making culture paper,
printing paper and packing paper.
2).5-shed single layer fabrics is used in making printed toilet
paper, culture paper and packing paper. 8-shed single layer fabrics
is mainly used to making bag paper,kraft paper,sheet lined board ,
corrugated paper and cardboard paper etc.
3)7-shed double layer fabrics is suitable for making quality
printing paper and tissue paper etc.
4)8-shed double layer fabrics is suitable for making quality
printing paper, offset paper, tissue paper and the surface pulp and
inner pulp of the board paper etc.
5)8-shed,16-shed double and a half layer fabrics are suitable for
various papers of the high speed paper machine.
2. According to the weaving, polyester dryer mesh can be divided
into 3-shed, 4-shed.
3. According to the category, it can be divided into one and a half
layer, double layer and rectangular wire fabric.
4. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into insert,
pin, pin ring and spiral ring join.
1).3-shed one layer and a half are suitable for drying papers below
70g.
2).4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above
70g.
