1). The Machine includes main body, 3 CNC slipway, 3 Drilling Spindles Box, Clamping device, Detection device, Cooling system, electric system, hydraulic system, chip box ,etc..

2). The machine body is welded by square steel tube, and made enforcement treatment on the place where will be endured stronger force, and we also have artificial aging treatment after welding. All of these guarantee the stability of the machine body, hereby keep the high precision of the machine.

3).There are 3 CNC slipways. Includes Fixed side CNC slipway, Moveable side CNC slipway, Middle Side CNC slipway, The structure of the three table are similar, all of them are composed of sliding carriage, Sliding table and Servo system. Each CNC Axis is guided by Precision linear roller guide, and is driven AC Servo motor and ball screw. Thus guarantee its positioning accuracy.

4).The Machine is equipped with three inline type tool changers, and every tool changer can load 4 tools. While drilling, the tools can be changed automatically to meet the needs of different drilling diameters.
