Description:
1.The extruder adopts bimetal barrel and screw which have high
intensity and abrasive resistance, the output is two times higher
than other ordinary machine.
2. Optimumspiral bronze sizing sleeve , pre-cooling and power ful
vacuum suction device in the entrance , suiting for high speed
extrusion of pipes.
3. Specific design for spray cooling trough.
4. Cooling water trough is made of stainless steel.
5. High efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying riozzle and
high efficiency water pump.
6. Three - dimensional regulation , longitudinal move by motrop.
