1. Process flow

Description:

1. PE / PPR / PERT Pipe Production Line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of conical double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and so on.

2. This line is used to produce PE-RT aluminum plastic composite pipe by single screw extruder.
The Raw material is PE granule.The extruder type depends on the diameter of pipe.

3. This extrusion line adopts high efficient barrier type screw, specially designed for PP-R material, high quality high speed extrusion, high shear stress and low temperature to ensure that raw materials can be extruded with high performance.

4. The unit consists of conical double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.
