Description:

1. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin , specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocuty up to 15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes.

2. According to the experience of plastic machine development and design, a production line of two cold hot water PP PP-R pipe is developed. Production line using energy efficient single screw extruder with special mould, production efficiency than single high-speed production line increased by 30%, energy consumption lower than 20%, also effectively reduced labor costs.

3. Widely used in building water supply and drainage, urban drinking water, urban and rural water supply and drainage, city gas, hot and cold water, electricity and cable sheath, industrial liquid transportation, such as agricultural irrigation construction, municipal, industrial and agricultural areas.
