Description:

1. SJZ Conical Twin Screw Extruder is developed and manufactured by our company with even plasticity , steady quality , high production , wide application and durability. This model of machine can be used to produce pipe , panels and profiles diretly from PVC power. There are two types of controlling systerm.One is common type with temperature controllers , and the other is PLC systerm with computer and midules. DC and AC speed regulating methods for driven systerm are availiable at buyer's option.

2. Equipped with appropriate screw and auxiliary machines, can exturder thermoplastic especially RPVC in to pipe, panel, sheet, film, special profile directly. Complete the procedure of changing plastic quality and powder granulation as well.

3. Computer control or conventional control is optional. According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller, extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.
