2. Description

TC06-40JFH/01 Air Conditioner is a full automation temperature control product. It uses intelligent controller to control the whole system of the air conditioner. According to the variation of environment temperature, the intelligent controller can automatically detect, operate and record the whole system’s operating time, power consumption, event and historical data. It can store 100 event records and 1280 historical data records, and can enquire 256 days’ daily record information.

Cabinet air conditioner is actively cooling with compressor, and it will remove the heat inside the cabinet to outside. It also can keep the dust and heat outside the cabinet, avoiding problems from using fan. The inside cabinet can be maintained at an ideal temperature for electrical components which effectively guarantees the stability of the electronic equipment and improves the reliability of the whole system.

7.1 Function and Application

ET731 intelligent air conditioner controller is a universal intelligent controller, controlling with highly integrated STC SCM. It can intelligently control thermostatic cabinet air conditioner working and hydrogen exhausting, including functions such as fault self diagnosis, power-on self start, or restart after unexpected failure caused by other reasons. The controller is compatible with all types of air conditioners in the market.

The controller, with the features of advanced performance, easy installation and setting, are widely used in telecom cabinet, small and medium sized telecom room, UPS room, outdoor base station room, etc.

7.3 Operating Instruction

ET731 uses English interfaces, which can be operated easily. All the operations can be realized with four buttons. The following is the control board diagram:

a. Check operating parameters of key parts inside air conditioner, namely observation parameter. Operation steps:

Observation Parameter: on the left of line 1 is Parameter No. (PAnn); on the right of line 1 is parameter value. Line 2 shows the remark of the parameter.

b. Revise operating parameters of air conditioner, namely control parameters. Operation steps:

Control Parameter: on the left of line 1 is Parameter No. (PCnn), on the right of line 1 is parameter value. Line 2 shows the remark of the parameter.

c. Revise basic parameters of air conditioner. Operation steps:

Basic Parameter: on the left of line 1 is Parameter No. (PBnn), on the right of line 1 is parameter value. Line 2 shows the remark of the parameter.

d. Manual Operation Mode:

Enter the interface to select “Cool” (cooing), “Heater” (heating), “Air” (direct ventilation) to conduct manual start (ON) and stop (OFF) operation.
