Description:
1. The PVC spiral reinforced pipe have the advantage of pressure and
corrosive resistance, negative pressure and bend resistance. It is
consists of twin screw extruder , mould , water cooling tank ,
haul-off machine , winding machine , cutter machine , stacker.
2. The pvc fiber reinforced pipe extrusion machine , it is capacity
is 70-100kg/h , the motor power is 22kw , the pvc pipe extrusion
machine has various color , such as white , bule , yelloe , black
or according to customer's reuqirements.
3. Process flow of pvc fiber hose production line:
High speed kneading machine (mixing materials)---mould---extruder
1(innermost layer PVC pipe)------cooling tank 1---hauling machine 1
---winding machine (fiber line that is the
second)---dryer---extruder 2(the most outer PVC pipe )----cooling
tank 2---hauling machine 2---coiling pipe bender ----package.
4. This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose, the
wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC
hose, middle layer is terylene fiber network, which has good
chemical and physical property.
