A. Pipe making machine
1. Pipe making machine has the double coils loading frame, Diameter
of coiler Ф350-Ф550mm ,Loading capacity 1.5T.
2. Forming stage:
(1)Feeding guide 2 sets: By feeding device and three roller
leveling device to feeding. 1 set
(2)Vertical holders, 7 sets. The main axle uses the 40Cr, and with
tempering, high frequency quench, accurate grinding, rust
prevention. The holders are use HT200 material.
(3) Pipe making machine diameter of vertical axlesφ40mm, Diameter
of Horizontal axlesφ25 mm, Straightening axles φ30.
(4)Horizontal type holder, 8 sets. The main axle uses the 40Cr,and
with tempering, high frequency quench, accurate grinding, rust
