Introduction
The EAST-158 walk-through metal detector is a versatile,
state-of-the-art metal detector that combines advanced metal
detection technology with an appealing, but practical design.
The EAST-158 has vertical lightbars that provide a visual display
that pinpoints the area(s) of alarm. It adopts digital multi-zone
technology which provides excellent discrimination and a much lower
false alarm rate.
This unit is user-friendly to operate and program. The big 5.7-inch
LCD display shows traffic and alarm counters, and operators can see
the parameters of the machine visually while operate and program
with navigation keys or a remote control(optional). The data is
stored in a flash memory safely.
The machine has 2 models with options to satisfy various security
needs: EAST-158A basic model for indoor use and EAST-158W
weatherproof model for door use.
Application scope: it can be used in the
factory,prison,court,exhibition hall,stadium, entertainment
lieu,etc. where the prohibited articles need to be checked for
safety.
Safety
The EAST-158 meets the requirements set by international standards
for human safety to electromagnetic fields. It is safe for all
people including pregnant women. The EAST-158 is also safe for
people using medical implanted devices like heart pacemakers. The
EAST-158 does not have detrimental effects on magnetic recording
material.
