Description:
1. Normally, goods will be handled or moved by the walking trolley,
and lifted up and down by the hoist, electric hoist, conveyors or
forklifts. Design of the mezzanine is complicated than the design
of other racking systems. So the delivery time will be a little bit
longer.
2. Height, depth and length of the racking system of the rack
supported mezzanine should be selected carefully by the size of the
goods or products. Mezzanine floor should be chosen on the basis of
the load capacity and the width of the aisle.
3. There are two ways to place the primary beams and secondary
beams for the structural mezzanine. One way is to put the secondary
beams directly on the primary beams. The other way is to make sure
that the primary beams and secondary beams are at the same level.

T: Delivery time depends on the project design and volume.
Normally, we are able to provide the goods within 20 or 25 days
upon receipt the deposit.
4,Q: What is your term of payment?
T: Payment terms: 30% deposit, balance against the copy of BL. L/C
at sight is also acceptable based on the different projects.
5,Q: Are samples available?
T: Yes,samples are available. We provide the small sized samples
free of charge but without freight. For some complete samples, we
charge them but will refund by next order.
6,Q: How can I install the racks?
T: For simple and standard storage systems, we provide the detailed
assembly drawings and instructions. If possible, our engineers are
available to help. For complicated projects such as shuttle
racking, fully automated storage system, our engineers will go to
the site for training and give guidance.
7,Q: Can your products be customized?
T: Yes, products can be customized. We always try our best to
provide the satisfactory products with unique design minimum cost.
