Description:
1. For the 1-pallet per level configuration of the push back
racking, besides the normal upright frames, beams, there’re 2 nos
of inclined guide rails, 1-4 nos of nesting carts / carriages to
support and help the pallets with goods to be loaded and offloaded.
2. For the 2-pallet per level configuration of the push back
racking, besides the standard frames, beams, 4 nos of the guide
rails with 2-8 nos carts / carriages are needed
Advantages:
- Push back racking is the most appropriate storage system for the
customers who have flexible requirements on their variety of
products.
- It is more stable, compared with drive in rack.
Disadvantages:
- Compared with the drive in rack, it is a little more expensive
- Professional technology on designing the push back carts, rails
are needed
- Carts / carriages occupy more space in the container.
