Description:
1. Special single screw extruder for the use of polyolefin material
, high speed extrudion and effective plasticization.
2. The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard
designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are
applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
3. Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe
scope 50-200mm, production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min.
4. Machinery is in sole possession of the special design to sizing
cooling way to make the speed for leading position of the same
line.
5. The main advantages of the pipe are high ring stiffness (over SN10)
and that its cost much lower than ordinary underground drainage and
sewage structured-wall plastic pipes.

It is mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness
of PE pipes for aggriculture
