Our Services
(i) Warranty is for 2 years.
In the warranty Period, we will maintain and replace the defect
components for free without any man-made
damage, but you should pay for shipping fee, both back and forth.
After 2 years, we only charge the
material cost, you should be responsible for shipment.
(ii) Free training:
You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free of
charge training, which includes the
software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
(iii) Technical Support:
If needed, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for
you. But the relevant cost should be paid
by your company such as visa, hotel, food, round-trip plane ticket.
