I. General description:
1. SBT-XZM10P is suitable for processing straight-line edge & 45°
arrises on glass.
2. A special design of the in-feed section for controlling the
grinding amount of glass without adjusting each
spindle individually.
3. With ABB spindle motors. The conveyor system running on ball
bearing units, this machine has a much
stronger loading and delivering capacity, thus it is able to
process mini piece and extremely thick piece with
high precision and good water-proofing.
4. Input and output conveyors adopt timing belt which can improve
the stability of transmission. And the
timing belt is easy to replace during maintaining.
5. Perfect oil supply system makes sure smooth lubrication.
6. Beam is iron casting. Double-annealing makes it durable and no
deformation.
7. Speed is adjusted by frequency inverter.
8. PLC control with touch screen and pneumatic polishing.
9. Water system is well distributed with thick water pipe.
10. 10 spindles totally: 6 for the straight-line edge (adopt the
independent wool felt wheel), 2 for front arris
and 2 for back arris.
