Description:

1. Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and three extruders co-extrusion type . our extruders adopt specially designed screw , we did lots of study from process to formula. The performance of our manchinery and equipment reached the international advanced level. The plates produced by our production line have no cracking and non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times , and maximum can be ued for 50 times. The WPC plate has the same characteristics as wood boards: which can enailed , can be sawes , can be driied , can be planed , can be sculptured. With the exclusive formula developed by our company , there is no need to granulate the material , which is cost savings and labor saving.(this production line can process total recycled waste plastic material into plates).

2. Good water resistance. Even when put in the water for many days, It can still stay in form and won't decay. It won't stick with cement, and is easy to be released from the cement after construction. And it won't deform due to the affection of the cement.

3. High efficience, good quality. The constructure, which uses WPC construction template, has a smooth and even surface. Further decoration is not needed.Saves the working process. By processing the construction template, you can easily stamp the patterns on the wall.Light weight, and convenient. Long life span, can be used repeatedly.
