Welded double wire fence, also called 2D security fence, twin wire panel fencing. It is quite popular in Europe countries, like German. Looked from
far away, the wine wire panel is like the regular fencing panel.
Nevertheless, unlike traditional welded wire fence as 358 security
fence and euro fence, 2D security fence panel welded with two
horizontal wires is particularly strong and firm.
Doubled wire fence could be normal type with huge holes or 358 fence with small holes. Two choices of the spacing between two doubled
wire of common 2D security fence were offered: doubled every
horizontal wire, doubled horizontal wire every three horizontal
wires. Usually 868 & 656 are the most common types of welded twin
wire panel fencing. 868 type welded wire fence means the panel has
two 8 mm diameter horizontal wires and a 6 mm diameter vertical
wire. High strong security 868/656 fence panel for home and garden
double wire fence/nylofor 2d fence is a rigid yet unobtrusive mesh
fencing system. It is often used as a perimeter fence for
industrial or commercial premises and sports pitches where a strong
mesh fencing system is required.
Using high quality Iron Rod as raw material, the welded wire
panels, after galvanization, Powders Primer, and Powders top
coating; it can resist the corrosive and ultraviolet radiation very
strongly. The thickness of powder coating is 100-120 microns
usually. The choose wire diameters are 6MM*2+5MM*1. 8MM*2+6MM*1. It
obtains high strong powers to resist the construction.
This System usually choose Square Post (50*50mm, 60*60mm),
Rectangular Post (40*60*2. 5mm, 80*60*3mm) With the high strength
and so on. With plastic caps or Roofing rainhat. The finished
surface usually is Galvanized and Powder coating, or alternatively.
The Panels and posts are jointed together with bolts or rivets,
using the steel flat bar, or special steel clamps, all nuts are
self-locking. This also can be designed as the special clients
requests.

WDWF-01: Twin wire mesh panel with every horizontal wire doubled for a firm
structure.
WDWF-02: Twin wire mesh panel doubled one horizontal wire every three
horizontal wires for cost effective.Specifications:
WDWF-03: The wire gauge, size of opening holes and doubled patterns vary
with sites to protect.
WDWF-04: Doubled wire fence combined with the pattern of 358 fence, which

Fence posts
Material: High grade steel for maximum strength and rigidity.
Post section (square and round): 60 × 60 mm, 80 × 80 mm, 100 × 100 mm, 120 × 120 mm, 48 mm, 60 mm.
Post Plate thickness: 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm.
Finish: Inside and outside galvanized (Min.275 g/m2), subsequently covered with a polymer powder (Min.60 micron ).
Colors: Same as panel.
Post cap: Metal caps or plastic cap.
Installation:
Posts must be buried into earth, 0.5 m minimum to 0.7 m maximum.
Several panels could be installed on the top of each other to
achieve a higher height.
On the top of the fence, if Y posts are used, razor wire and barbed
wire could be fitted.
Spacing between brackets in post would better be 0.3 m.

Double-beam is the most rigid form of welded mesh fencing
available. The robust nature of its construction ensures that this
twin wire mesh is difficult to deform and capable of resisting
attacks of vandalism.
Manufactured in panels from heavy gauge welded mesh with 200*50
aperture they are mounted on RHS type posts with the JNC fixing
system. Panels can multi-lift to various height combinations.
Finished with a polyester powder coating over a galvanised
substrate wire giving a hard wearing and durable presentation and
long life expectancy for the fence.

Double-beam is ideally suited for applications requiring a high
degree of resistance to impact and vandalism. This panel system has
been proven to withstand the most demanding applications and is
suited to sports enclosure applications although we would always
recommend the Sports Rebound System for ballcourts. Medium to High
security where strength and maximum rigidity is required.
We can also offer a 45 degree cranked option, for enhanced
