for machine threaded rod or shaft , outside of inset nuts are self
tapping threads for secure wooden pieces and stop insert nuts to be
turned out or pulled out .
Pre-drill a hole in wooden material before insert nuts are inserted
into material , and then screw in or hammer inset nuts .

With film thickness 0.13～1.27μm , tin finish with bright surface
and good ductility ,corrosion resistance ,lower melting point

Usually, 5gm～8gm finish coating thickness and with good
dispersibility ,Bright appearance .
Chrome finish is silver white color and the thickness of film is
0．25～0．5μm normally . chrome finish has many practical Features

Installation

Tips for installation
★ The hole diameter should be smaller slightly than outside
diameter of insert nut .
★ Do not hammer insert nuts into material for nuts with inside hex
socket , by wrench only .
★ Hole length should be suitable for length of insert nut .
