Stator Coil Head Lacing Macine is used for fixing the coil head to avoid being scattered after forming.

This kind of lacing machine, Stator Head Lacing Machine, is with only one lacing needle and lacing stator head one by one side, which is simpler than other lacing machines. It's mainly suitable for smaller stators production and stator production with small output.

It also has higher qualification rate: primary qualification rate ≥98.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.5%.

Operators need to stand when operating and start by both hands to ensure safety.

1. Loading stator vertically;

2. PLC programming;

3. Single-needle and single-side automatic lacing;

4. Needle transposition and hooking are controlled by servo system;

5. Spindle adopts frequency speed control;

6. Slot by slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing could be achieved by setting in human-machine interface;

7. Especially apply to multi sizes, low output or more lead stator winding lacing.

With single needle, it is suitable for production of different stators with small output.
