Ⅰ. Application:
MGY-100BW full hydraulic drilling rig is developed based on DH220 excavator, specially designed to adapt to high slope, deep foundation pit construction engineering. The drilling method is mainly positive, Reverse Circulation DTH hammer drilling, and earth auger drilling as well, but also can be applied to self-drilling anchor bolt, anchor cable, deep foundation pit and tunnel pipe shed construction.

Ⅱ.Features:
1.remove the excavator’s short arm, the mast of the rig is mounted on the excavator longer arm. Working oil circuit of the excavator is connected with the drilling rig through the original excavator crusher’s oil way, without any modification on the excavator, whicn can meet the needs of the drilling rigs. To achieve the multi-purpose of one machine.

2. construction of a wide range, the construction height up to a maximum of 7m or so, no need to build scaffold, can drill at certain height.

3 there is a operation platform on the drill mast, it is easy for an operator to control the drilling rig and put on drill rod in close distance.
